We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Repairs Policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or repair for products purchased from allmicroscope.com.
1. Returns & Exchanges
1.1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
1.2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or special-order products.
Items that show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
Consumables (e.g., slides, sample kits) once opened.
1.3. Return Process
Contact us at info@allmicroscope.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
1.4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
1.5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If an exchange is not available, we will issue a refund.
2. Repairs & Warranty Service
2.1. Warranty Coverage
Many microscopes and accessories come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details are included with your product.
Warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship but do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
2.2. Repair Process

If the item is covered under warranty, we will guide you through the repair or replacement process.
For out-of-warranty items, repair service may be available for a fee.
2.3. Shipping for Repairs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products for repair.
If the repair is covered by warranty, we will cover the return shipping back to you.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
