1. Returns & Exchanges

1.1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or special-order products.

  • Items that show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

  • Consumables (e.g., slides, sample kits) once opened.

1.3. Return Process

  • Contact us at info@allmicroscope.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  • We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

1.4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

1.5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If an exchange is not available, we will issue a refund.


2. Repairs & Warranty Service

2.1. Warranty Coverage

  • Many microscopes and accessories come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details are included with your product.

  • Warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship but do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

2.2. Repair Process

  • Contact us at info@allmicroscope.com with details and proof of purchase.

  • If the item is covered under warranty, we will guide you through the repair or replacement process.

  • For out-of-warranty items, repair service may be available for a fee.

2.3. Shipping for Repairs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products for repair.

  • If the repair is covered by warranty, we will cover the return shipping back to you.


3. Damaged or Defective Items
